EMR + family timeline

One timeline. One family. Searchable across every visit.

Most EMRs make you click through visits one at a time. We don’t. A patient’s entire history — prescriptions, labs, vitals, allergies, family links — is on a single page the doctor scrolls. Search works across them all.

The summary card

The doctor opens the record. The whole patient is on screen.

Allergies and chronic conditions are pinned at the top. Last 3 visits are inline. Active prescriptions are visible without a click. The patient walks in; the doctor is already up to speed.

  • Allergies + chronic conditions live in a permanent panel — not buried in notes.
  • Last 3 visit notes inline. Older visits collapse but are one keypress away.
  • Lab trends graphed at the visit level — HbA1c over 2 years, no chart-hunting.

Search that works

Find a patient by anything. Phone, partial name, last visit, doctor.

If your front desk can describe the patient, they can find the patient. Phone digits, half a name, the doctor they saw last time, the condition they came in for — the search index covers all of it.

  • Phonetic + Devanagari + Latin index — “Banerjee” or “बनर्जी” find the same patient.
  • Search across notes — “diabetic patient seen by Dr. Sen last March” returns 3 results.
  • Recent-patients list reorders by who you saw most recently — 90% of returning lookups are top-of-list.

Family linking

Husband, wife, kids — one shared family card.

Indian healthcare is family-driven. A husband’s appointment often reveals a wife’s prescription that needs renewal. Family linking surfaces this — across patients you’ve already seen, without sharing private records by default.

  • Link patients to a family. Each member keeps a private record.
  • Family-level billing — one invoice covering multiple members’ visits.
  • Recall calendar at the family level — “dental cleanings for all 4 due this month.”

Common questions

Patient records, the doubts our customers raised first.

Is the data ABHA-linked?

Yes — every patient can have an ABHA created or linked in under 90 seconds at first visit. Records stay yours; the patient controls cross-provider sharing via the consent manager.

What about old paper records?

We help import a starter set during onboarding — PDF scans get OCRed and the metadata extracted into the patient timeline. Older records remain searchable but uneditable.

Can the patient see their own records?

Yes — a patient app + ABHA-linked access lets them download prescriptions, lab reports, and visit summaries on demand. You control which fields are visible.
