Tripura's front desks look a lot like Bengal's — staff take names, notes and payments in Bengali, and Agartala is where patients from Udaipur, Belonia and the north travel to for the bigger diagnostics and specialists. Most clinic software here was written for an English-first, metro-first clinic and then bent to fit. Lucoze starts from the counter: a Bengali-speaking receptionist, a cash-and-UPI drawer, and paperwork for Ayushman Bharat and state schemes. Records, billing, lab and pharmacy live in one place, and you can be live in about 14 days on ordinary broadband.
Clinic software for Tripura, where the front desk runs on Bengali.
Lucoze puts patient records, appointments, GST billing, lab and pharmacy on one platform — with multilingual patient search that already matches Bengali names, and every byte of data hosted in India. We're built in Konnagar, West Bengal, so Tripura runs on remote-first onboarding, not a promise to drive to Agartala.
Built for how you actually run.
On the ground in Tripura
We're set up for clinics, nursing homes and diagnostic centres across Tripura — the referral hub of Agartala (Krishnanagar, Melarmath, and the hospital belt around Ronaldsay Road) and the district towns of Udaipur, Dharmanagar, Kailashahar, Belonia and Ambassa. The common thread is a Bengali-speaking front desk, with Kokborok and English in the mix, handling patients who often travel in from across the state. That's exactly why the Bengali patient search matters now and the Bengali-next UI roadmap matters soon. Because Agartala is far from our base in West Bengal, we lean on video onboarding and migration help rather than pretending distance isn't real — and East-India clinics are prioritised in our design-partner programme.
Serving clinics and hospitals across: Agartala, Udaipur, Dharmanagar, Kailashahar, Belonia, Ambassa.
Lucoze in Tripura — what clinics ask.
Is Lucoze available in Bengali?
Multilingual patient search — Bengali, Devanagari and Latin — works today, and we include printable Bengali front-desk cheat-sheets. The full interface rolls out in Hindi first (Q3 2026), with Bengali next, so a Bengali UI is on the roadmap, not shipped yet.
Where is our patient data stored?
In Indian data centres, with backups kept in India — nothing crosses the border. Lucoze is built for DPDP 2023, it's cloud-based (runs on ordinary broadband or mobile data), and you can export all records as CSV/PDF on request with no lock-in.
Do you support clinics in Tripura?
Yes, remote-first. Our team is in Konnagar, West Bengal, so Tripura clinics get video onboarding, data-migration help, and WhatsApp and in-app chat support rather than an in-person visit to every clinic. For larger hospital or nursing-home deployments we can arrange on-site setup, and there's a 14-day trial to start.
