Someone from Champhai or a far village comes down the hill roads to Aizawl for a referral, then goes home — and the record needs to travel with them, not sit in a register in one clinic. Lucoze is cloud-based, so a doctor at the referral hospital and a chamber in Lunglei can see the same history. It runs on the connection you have, not a server you have to maintain. And because clinics here work comfortably in English, there's no waiting on a translation to get started.

Aizawl is the state's medical and referral hub — clinics and diagnostics cluster around areas like Dawrpui, Chanmari and Zarkawt — while patients come in from Lunglei, Champhai, Serchhip and Kolasib along long, hilly road routes. That geography is the reason a cloud record matters: the person leaves, but the history should stay reachable at the next visit. Mizoram's language is Mizo (Lushai), and English is very widely used at the front desk and in daily clinic work, so onboarding here is straightforward — staff can use the software in English from day one. What a hilly, spread-out state needs is a light tool that works on an ordinary connection, and records that don't get stranded in one town's register.
